The material is adhesive. It can be applied on any flat surface .
Make sure that the wall is dry and free of dust and dirt.
For the best result ensure that the wall has been properly primed and painted before installing the wallpaper.
Allow freshly painted walls to dry for a minimum of 1-2 days before applying xception interiors Wallpaper.
• We do not recommend applying the wallpaper to textured & damped walls.
We cannot guarantee that the adhesive will adhere correctly and the wall's texture may show through the material.

Returns & Exchanges: • Because xception interiors Wallpaper is custom made to order, they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacture fault present.
We recommend ordering an A4 sized sample if you would like to see a small piece first. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details:-
• we gladly accept cancellations Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.
• If you want a refund of your order: We highly recommend getting a sample before purchasing any wallpaper as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for items due to change of mind or if the client has given incorrect measurements.
• If your wallpaper product/packaging arrives damaged: You need to accept the order from the courier. You need to report it to us and send us photos of the damages, tube, and items, to info @email@example.com with your order number.
We will immediately contact the courier and replace it at our discretion.
• If you received faulty product: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the goods on arrival, including the quantities, style, and color of the wallpaper. For faulty items please contact us immediately at info @firstname.lastname@example.org within ten working days upon receiving the product.
We will not accept any responsibility for faulty items after this period of time.
• If your wallpaper order is returned to us: The client did not answer the courier communications -> Client will need to pay for the product to be reshipped.
• If a fault is detected during installation, the wallpaper hanger/installer must cease hanging the wallpaper and contact us immediately at info @email@example.com
We will take no responsibility if the installer continues to hang the faulty wallpaper.
We will require photo evidence of the fault and the order number.
• The team xceptioin interiors Wallpaper will then assess the claim and will either replace the damaged/incorrect panel or replace the whole order.
We will require you to send back the damaged panels that have not been hung. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• All complaints must be submitted within ten working days of the wallpaper being received.
We will not accept liability for any defect or claim that is greater than the value of the purchase.
• We will not accept liability for any cost of installation. Claims are not liable after the wallpaper has been cut, hung, or any other treatment has been applied to the wallpaper.
We will not accept any responsibility for the wallpaper being incorrectly hung, or for installers who continue to hang faulty products.
